Elaborate the sequence of production activities for assembly work centers. Balance manpower requirements according to organizational needs. Observe and analyze shop floor activities to identify ratios of value‑added activities. Identify, evaluate and propose key performance indicators to measure productivity. Identify and propose areas for improvement, participate in the problem‑solving process and implement solutions by involving team members. Develop work charts to improve overall performance by defining sequencing and analyzing manufacturing needs. Interact with several multifunctional teams. Qualifications
