Intern Operations

Job Description
The Operations Intern will support the Service Center Operations department and will gain exposure to equipment management, transportation coordination and operations planning.

Responsibilities
* Other duties and projects, as assigned.
* Under supervision, assist in the planning, supervision, and control of available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.
* Gain understanding of load planning safety and maintenance.
* Assist in job task assignment according to unloading and loading schedules.
* Gain exposure to work assignment coordination, and performance monitoring.
* Provide a clean, safe working environment for all personnel and visiting customers.
