Key Areas of Exposure During Your Internship with Us Include:

Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC/ACMV, pumps, motors, fire protection systems, lifts, generators, and irrigation systems. 

Perform minor repair work and ensure timely rectification of faults and defects. 

Replace worn components and carry out overhauls of mechanical assets as needed. 

Monitor building mechanical systems to ensure efficient performance and operation within set parameters. 

Maintain logbooks and records of maintenance works performed, faults identified, and actions taken. 

Assist in system testing and commissioning after maintenance or repair work.
