As an L&D Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experience at our organization. This hands-on internship will expose you to various aspects of Learning & Development, from planning and executing training programs to managing our Learning Management System (LMS). If you have a passion for training, a creative mindset, and a strong sense of organization, this role is perfect for you

What You Will Experience

• Hands-on involvement in planning and organizing training sessions, projects, and onboarding programs.
• Exploring and recommending relevant training programs based on requests and skills gap analysis.
• Creating and designing engaging learning materials using Canva, Capcut, and Google Slides.
• Managing our Learning Management System (LMS), including LinkedIn Learning administration.
