About the Role

Position Summary
Based out of New Glasgow or Halifax, NS, the Intern, ESG & Sustainability supports Crombie’s Climate Action Plan and ESG initiatives by assisting with research, data analysis, reporting, and certification activities.

Additional duties of the Intern, ESG & Sustainability include but are not limited to:
Supporting Crombie’s Climate Action Plan, including but not limited to market research for proven decarbonization levers, data collection, and interpretation.

Participating in sustainability meetings, taking notes, providing feedback and research on reducing greenhouse gases.

Providing support to Environmental Manager on ESG projects

Assisting with research, providing feedback, tracking, coordinating and collaborating.

Assisting with BOMA Best and Rick Hansen certification plans.

Researching and reporting on emerging trends in ESG and Corporate Sustainability.
