Dream’s Industrial Leasing team is seeking an Intern in construction to begin in September 2026 for an eight‑month, paid internship. The role will involve supporting project management and construction activities across multiple commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Construction estimating and product researching.
• Document control.
• Project scheduling and monitoring.
• Scope definition, tendering work, and preparing bid analyses.
• Attend site meetings, document progress, review deliverables, take minutes and follow up with trades and consultants.
• Interact with consultants, construction managers, property managers, trades and contractors.
• Assist with closeout of projects.
• General administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
