Job Description

• Learn the fundamentals of production test flow and basic test equipment operation in a manufacturing environment
• Develop basic automation skills, including simple scripting and exposure to RPA tools for efficiency improvement
• Gain hands-on experience in real-time monitoring, equipment data handling, and log/status analysis
• Understand end-to-end workflow from equipment to data, and how automation supports production efficiency
• Identify simple workflow bottlenecks and suggest practical process improvements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic exposure to scripting (e.g. Python or similar languages) through coursework or projects is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML or general web concepts is an advantage.
