The Intermediate/Senior Transmission Planning Power Systems Studies Engineer conducts a wide range of transmission planning modelling and analysis, including power flow, short circuit, post-transient, and transient stability studies for system impact studies, load and generation interconnections, and NERC TPL-001 compliance studies. The applicant shall have experience with PSSE and Python, and experience with PSLF and/or Aspen would be an asset. A strong understanding of the analysis required to carry out these studies in compliance with applicable industry standards is necessary for this position.
