About the Role
This individual is required to work well within a dynamic team environment, be a self-motivated learner. This person will be responsible to help manage and maintain Future Electronics Microsoft Technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the WSUS environment for Microsoft patch deployment and compliance.
- Administer and support the Windows Server environment , including:
- File Servers
- Print Servers
- DHCP and DNS Servers
- Active Directory (AD) servers, user accounts, and security groups
- Various application servers, including IIS and Web Applications
- Assist in managing the organization’s Citrix environment.
- Support and administer the Microsoft 365 environment , including:
- Microsoft 365 applications
- Participate in the on‑call pager rotation.
