Project Management & Design
Provide technical leadership and design expertise for highway and roadway drainage projects, including bridges, culverts, ditching, erosion and scour protection, and storm sewer systems.Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis utilizing software such as Visual OTTHYMO, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, CulvertMaster and HY-8.Develop and implement stormwater management strategies to provide water quality and quantity controls to mitigate flooding and ensure environmental protection.Prepare detailed designs, calculations, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, environmental scientists, and other engineers, to achieve project objectives.Re...
