About the Role
Do you have experience triaging tickets, prioritizing, categorizing, and handling service requests, incidents, and problem tickets? Do you have excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Specialized IT Consultant for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.
Rate: 486.05-522.8
