Intermediate Software Developer

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and develop software components, APIs, and microservices that support automation and incident management
• Collaborate with AI/ML specialists to integrate models into production workflows (anomaly detection, classification, prediction)
• Build and maintain automation pipelines for proactive monitoring, ticket creation, and workflow orchestration
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement processes
• Analyze operational requirements and contribute to solution design alongside senior engineers
• Work closely with NOC teams, network SMEs, and AIOps colleagues to operationalize automation features
• Ensure solutions follow Bell's security, performance, and reliability standards
