Intermediate Scrum Master

We are seeking for an Intermediate Scrum Master for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 4 days a week on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and drive adoption of Agile methodologies and Agile mindset principles, including iterative delivery, collaboration, and business value realization
• Serve as Scrum Master for two Agile squads supporting digital banking initiatives across mobile and web platforms
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demos, and status updates
• Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Partner with Product Owners, developers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution
