Intermediate Process Engineer

Position Description

Tetranex is seeking a full-time Intermediate Process Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed process calculations and reports (hydraulics, line sizing, relief valve, control valve, equipment sizing, etc.).
• Review detailed process calculations completed by other members of the process team.
• Attend client meetings as process engineering representative (P&ID reviews, CP/SDK reviews, HAZOPs, ORAs, etc.).
• Generate PDBs, P&IDs, PFDs, LDTs, Car Seal Lists, Engineered Set Point Lists, equipment datasheets, etc.
• Generate detailed simulations using Honeywell UniSim and Aspen HYSYS.
• Review control philosophies and SDKs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project team regarding project status.
• Oil & Gas — SAGD experience is an asset.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 8+ years of process engineering related experience.
