Job Summary

Hardline Engineering is looking for an Intermediate Engineer to join our Distribution team.

The role reports to the Distribution Program Manager and involves hands‑on leadership, mentorship, design and field engineering for distributed power projects.

Responsibilities

Distribution Design

• Lead design and development of distribution projects (new extensions, upgrades, and feeder enhancements).
• Ensure compliance of all designs with applicable regulations, codes, and client standards, AEUC, CSA Overhead and Underground, and Canadian Electrical Code.
• Implement design solutions to mitigate safety, environment and technical risks throughout the project and facility lifecycle.
