Role description

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Road Designer for the Toronto West office. This role is part of the Design & Engineering team and focuses on creating iconic and ground‑breaking infrastructure that improves mobility and public spaces.

Responsibilities

As a civil designer, you will:

• Prepare preliminary and detailed designs for municipal and linear infrastructure, covering grading, drainage, utility layouts, and construction specifications.
• Coordinate with the CAD standards group to maintain drafting and modeling standards across all project deliverables.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to integrate multidisciplinary inputs, resolve interface issues, and support seamless project delivery.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design concepts and software questions.
