Interior Site Engineer oversees the execution of interior fit-out works at site, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately, safely, and within the approved timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Interpret interior drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for site execution.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and material compliance.
• Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates.
• Handle site measurements, inspections, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
• Support billing, BOQs, and material reconciliation as required.
