About the Role

Responsibilities:

Design Development: Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop design concepts that align with the client’s vision and needs.

Space Planning: Create detailed floor plans and layouts to optimize the use of space, ensuring functionality and adherence to building codes and regulations.

Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that complement the design concept while considering durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

3D Modeling and Visualization: Produce 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools to help clients visualize the proposed designs.

Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed accurately and within the project timeline.
