Interior Design Manager

Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants’ deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:

• Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments;
• Reviews the following documents:
  • Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management;
  • Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed;
  • Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award;
  • Necessary document attachments of consultant’s progress billings;
  • Proposals/contracts;
• Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant for accuracy and completeness;
• Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant;
• Manages ID consultant’s timeliness in providing design deliverables;
