About the Role
THE ORGANISATION
We are seeking seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to lead the people function across its diverse retail and logistics businesses. This role plays a critical part in supporting growth, strengthening and ensuring robust employee relations and compliance across the Group.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 5 MONTH CONTRACT.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director and partnering closely with the executive leadership team, you will provide trusted, pragmatic advice on all people matters while remaining hands-on in delivery. You will lead employee relations and industrial matters, performance management, remuneration governance, policy and compliance, WHS, and HR systems, while managing a small HR team and driving key people initiatives.
