Interface Manager

Key Responsibilities
Identify, define, and manage all internal and external project interfaces
Develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan and interface registers
Coordinate between engineering, construction, procurement, and external stakeholders
Facilitate interface meetings and workshops to resolve technical and organizational issues
Track interface risks, actions, and deliverables to closure
Ensure interface requirements are clearly communicated and documented
Support change management by assessing interface impacts
Provide regular interface status reports to project leadership
Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, and contractual requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in interface management or large-scale project coordination
