The SSC Intercompany Analyst will be responsible for all finance activities related to Intercompany process including posting invoices, processing payment confirmations, collecting payments from counterparts, and manage all process discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Supplier payment/netting confirmation.
- Cash advances.
- Resolution of vendor discrepancies.
- Cash application.
- Month-End Close activities.
- Intercompany Netting and Balancing.
- IC Balances Reconciliations.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Intercompany.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Awareness of customer requirements.
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
