About the work
Who the specialist will work with
The three specialists will be required to work closely with DVLA's internal Customer Insight Unit and its Service Design Leads to help develop and shape DVLA services. The Customer Insight Unit will determine the allocation of the specialists via the needs of the Service Design Leads.
