Intel M&S Operations Controller - Suffolk, VA

**Position Description & Qualifications**

SERCO is seeking an experienced **Intel M&S Operations Controller** to support the Joint Staff J7 program. This role is responsible for integrating intelligence processes and capabilities into advanced Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environments in support of experiments, tests, and joint training exercises.

**This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer a T** **op-Secret and be eligible to operate in a TS/SCI environment.**

The ideal candidate brings deep intelligence operations experience combined with technical proficiency in M&S tools, intelligence systems, and DoD messaging processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate intelligence representation, model execution, and operational realism during joint and combined events.
