This Position reports to: Integrity (Operations) Manager

As part of our ambitious growth, we are looking for an Integrity Change, Communications & Learning Manager to join our BA Motion Integrity Operations team.

This role is hands‑on and focused on creating impactful content that supports ABB’s integrity culture. You will design and deliver materials that make integrity topics clear, engaging, and easy to adopt across our global organization. You will also support implementation of process and policy changes through a consistent change management methodology.
