Your job
Define the requirements and scope of the data migration in close collaboration with senior management.
Develop the overall migration approach and guide the involved teams in shaping the solution.
Create a structured project plan that outlines all steps needed for successful execution.
Conduct a risk assessment and obtain approval from senior management before starting execution.
Present your proposed plans, approach, and identified risks to senior stakeholders.
Lead the kickoff and act as the central point of contact for all IT teams and business units involved in the migration.
Coordinate and oversee the technical implementation and data migration activities carried out by the IT teams.
Report progress, challenges, and mitigation actions to senior management while working with tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Azure Boards, Jira Align, and IT migration tools.
