Integration Supervisor

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Integration Supervisor to support our client's Data Centre project located in Espoo, Finland. The role is permanent and will start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth site operations
• Prepare weekly progress reports for the line manager
• Hold weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Maintain a two‑week lookahead schedule
• Attend daily meetings and report on progress and issues
• Ensure labour levels meet project programme requirements
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work meets scope, schedule, and quality
• Report variations, delays, and risks to the line manager
• Manage plant and materials in line with project requirements
