• This role ensures tight integration between functional, technical, data, and business teams , aligning delivery activities to program objectives, milestones, and quality standards.
• Acting as the central integration point , the Delivery Integration Lead bridges gaps between domains, manages dependencies, mitigates cross stream risks, and ensures that the solution is delivered cohesively, on time, and within scope .
