About the Role
As an Integration & Automation Engineer, a typical day might include the following:
Maintain advanced technical knowledge and skills to contribute to the development and enhancement of integration and automation features in SEL products.
Define, develop and analyze product specifications, functional tests, and system validation processes.
Diagnose customer reported problems with integration and communication features and document issues for developers.
Provide technical and market analysis to evaluate proposed products or enhancements.
This job might be for you if:
You possess a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
You have demonstrated experience with multiple communication protocols and their application in an electrical power system environment. Emphasis on Ethernet and Pseudo-Wire Emulation services an asset
