Integrated Producer

Accountable for the strategic management, coordination, and delivery of Development projects. You will ensure the Creative Team is set up to deliver all projects to a brilliant standard, on time, and on budget. This role acts as the primary bridge and liaison between internal agency stakeholders in New York and the offshore creative production team in Bogotá, fostering seamless communication and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Governance: Create and maintain the Project Charter, Business Case, and Business Benefit Profiles. Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables, setting achievable targets and managing expectations.
• Planning & Lifecycle: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse creative production projects. Create and maintain the Project Plan and Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision (RAID) logs.
