About the Role

Summary
 /Objective:The Integrated Circuit Engineer designs and develops microwave, analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for implementation on IC foundry processes for RF and gigabit-per-second data communications applications.IC development tasks include the architecture definition, circuit design, synthesis, physical layout, verification, packaging and testing of hardware prototypes and high-volume IC products.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Performs/Leads custom IC design on SiGe and CMOS processes, particularly at 130 nm process technologies and below, including schematic capture, IC layout, simulation, package analysis, evaluation board design, and design verification at the circuit block and full-chip levels.
Design of microwave/RF/mixed-signal blocks including LNA, PA, VGA, VCO, PLL, ADC, DAC, and CDR from specification to tape-out.
