Intake Specialist for WERC Program

In this in-person role, you will welcome clients to the Work Employment Readiness and Connections Program (WERC). As the first point of contact, your responsibilities include client assessments, data management, and program support for diverse training initiatives. Your ability to build relationships with participants and stakeholders is vital to the program's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and pre-screens
• Schedule and coordinate intake appointments
• Maintain and input program data accurately
• Support program inquiries and participant management
• Prepare and submit required reports on time
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
