KindestMind is a telepsychology clinic specializing in psychological evaluations. We are seeking an Intake & Scheduling Coordinator to support new client inquiries and help schedule evaluations efficiently and compassionately. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
Role Overview
This role focuses on communicating with new leads, answering questions about our services, and coordinating appointments across multiple time zones. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and play a key role in guiding them from inquiry to scheduled evaluation.
This position can be part-time or full-time.
