Intake Representative

In partnership with a foreign company specializing in a full-service social



security disability advocacy firm. Assisting individuals in successfully obtaining their



Social Security Disability benefits.



In this team, you will provide high-quality telephonic support to potential new law



firm/attorney customers through a legal intake process. Follow an established



process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential



new clients on a regular basis.



Responsibilities:



● Answering inbound/outbound calls from prospective clients looking for help



with applying for Social Security Disability Benefits.



● Properly complete the intake form using our proprietary Customer



Relationship System (CRM)



● Explain Social Security Disability eligibility, benefits and our requirements,
