We’re looking for a dedicated, bilingual professional with strong communication skills to assist potential clients through their legal intake journey.
**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:
- Experience in roles involving direct client interaction is highly desirable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities; capable of speaking clearly, professionally, and with empathy—even in complex or emotionally charged situations.
- Comfortable using computers, including Windows OS, web browsers, and basic internet tools.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
**Work Schedule**:
- **Training**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GDL time) for 1-2 weeks.
- **Regular Shift**: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
**Compensation & Perks**:
- Base Salary**:$16,000 MXN per month**:
- Monthly bonus up to **$5,100 MXN** based on performance
