What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Experience in roles involving direct client interaction is highly desirable.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities; capable of speaking clearly, professionally, and with empathy—even in complex or emotionally charged situations.
Comfortable using computers, including Windows OS, web browsers, and basic internet tools.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Work Schedule:
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GDL time) for 1–2 weeks.
Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $16,000 MXN per month
Monthly bonus up to $5,100 MXN based on perform...
