accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone
• Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic
• Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management
• Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic
• Collaborate with team members to support client needs and compliance
