Insurance Processor I

Overview

The Insurance Processor I is well versed in property & casualty insurance and often serves as the liaison between vendors and their insurance agents.  They process insurance documentation along with other client specific document requests.  They assist with inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries that ultimately drive vendor approval metrics.    

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities: (Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following)

• Provide insurance, corporate and license document review, indexing and processing.
• Vendor and insurance agent outreach via phone and/or email.  
• Maintain SLA for assigned Salesforce tickets regarding internal/external customer inquiries.
• Participate in product testing related to system enhancements to ensure integrity of the processing application is not impacted. Report issues to the quality control...
