About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage complex insurance-related processes using multiple client systems.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying issues, refining procedures, and maintaining compliance standards.
- Build positive client relationships by communicating effectively, understanding client needs, and delivering quality service.
- Conduct audits and troubleshooting activities to detect process gaps, resolve issues, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Assist with additional operational functions such as data analysis, reporting, and onboarding of new clients or processes.

- Open to fresh graduates
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
