About the Role

 
  Job description 

 This role is part of the Group Risk & Compliance team and reports to the Inter IKEA Group Risk & Compliance Manager. In this role you lead and guide Inter IKEA Group on its global insurance program. You indirectly, in a network/matrix setup, lead the insurance agenda for the insurance network of the entire Inter IKEA Group.
 On a daily basis you will be:
 Responsible to secure an adequate and optimal cost effective global insurance program based on the risk profile and risk appetite.
 Leading the insurance network/matrix of relevant stakeholders.
 Advising, instructing and training on insurance matters and claims handling for relevant stakeholders within Inter IKEA Group.
 Monitoring the global insurance program contract performance in cooperation with the core business responsible.
