You will support customers with policy inquiries, changes, and updates via phone, in-person, and email
Every day you will assist customers with their home and auto insurance needs, providing guidance and support throughout their policy lifecycle
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation and transactions are completed efficiently
Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Provide administrative support by managing customer requests, documentation, and internal workflows
Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding items and ensure a seamless customer experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure service standards are met and branch operations run smoothly
