Instrumentation & Control Engineer – Facilities (Semiconductor Industry)
Position Overview
The Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer is responsible for ensuring reliable operation, calibration, troubleshooting, and improvement of facility systems and equipment that support semiconductor manufacturing. This includes monitoring and controlling utilities such as ultrapure water (UPW), wastewater treatment, HVAC, CDA/N2, specialty gases, chemical distribution, and electrical systems through automated control platforms such as PLCs, SCADA, and BMS.
The engineer works closely with operations, maintenance, construction, safety, and vendor teams to maintain high equipment uptime and ensure compliance to industry standards and safety regulations.
