Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end instructional design initiatives using methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
- Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives, assessments, and evaluation strategies
- Collaborate closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design impactful learning solutions
- Design and develop:
- AI-enabled digital learning experiences
- Microlearning and video-based training content
- Instructor-led training (ILT) materials
- Job aids, practice activities, and reinforcement assets
- Workflow-based enablement materials and AI prompt guides
- Create and edit video content including captions, audio cleanup, transitions, branding, and polishing
- Develop accessible and localization-ready content aligned with WCAG standards
