Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define measurable learning objectives.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for digital and instructor-led programs.
• Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and simulations using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate).
• Utilize graphic design, multimedia editing, and video production skills to create engaging educational content and materials.
