Instructional Designer – Learning & Development

As the Instructional Designer, you are responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning materials and experiences that align with organizational objectives – primarily instructionally designed content to be delivered in a SCORM package via Storyline and other learning design tools, to the Rotana Interactive Skills Enhancement (RISE) platform. You will produce highly engaging interactive e‑learning and video content for all topics related to Learning & Development. You will also assist in designing instructor‑led training content for use through PowerPoint and other similar formats. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), using instructional design principles, and leveraging technology to support employee development and operational excellence.
