Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including e Learning, blended learning, self-paced learning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (v ILT), and supporting learning assets.
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging, learner-centric, and business-focused learning experiences.
Develop high-quality learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Power Point, and AI-enabled content development platforms.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and global Learning Design stakeholders to transform complex technical content into effective and learner-friendly solutions.
Leverage AI-supported tools and technologies to improve content development efficiency, quality, consistency, and scalability.
Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of learning design templates, development workflows, and quality standards.
