Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Learning Content Design & Development
Design high-impact product and sales training modules (PPTs, videos, digital content, playbooks).
Develop structured learning journeys (30-60-90 days onboarding plans).
Create micro-learning videos (5 7 mins) on product features, advantages & benefits.
Design sales toolkits, pitch decks, cheat sheets, objection handling guides, FAQs.
Build digital learning library for self-paced learning (sales & channel partners).
Apply adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model) in content creation.
Continuously update content based on product launches and market feedback.
2. Product Training
Conduct in-depth training on Ozone product categories:
