Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L&D Instructional Designer/Developer to join our client's team for a high-visibility, fast-paced learning project. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing learning needs, consulting with stakeholders, and designing high-quality, fully accessible, multi-approach blended learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can lead the design learning strategy and execute the vision of the program while operating in an Agile environment with iterative design and development. You will be responsible for synthesizing complex information into clear, engaging, and interactive learning experiences that drive measurable business results.
