TXT e-Swiss SA, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for an Instructional Designer to join its Switzerland-based team. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of an innovative LMS, CMS, and TMS ecosystem for the aviation sector, delivered to a prestigious international client.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of E-learning content, including peer reviews.
• Creation of structured lesson plans aligned with defined training programs and regulatory requirements.
• Management of Quality Assurance activities and version control across all E-learning projects.
• Close collaboration with Engineering teams and other departments to validate technical content and ensure accuracy.
