Instructional Coordinator

DOOR International is a global Christian non-profit who wants to see Jesus transform every Deaf person and community through a relationship with Him. To that end, our mission is to grow and equip Deaf leaders worldwide in evangelism, discipleship, sign language Bible translation, and scripture engagement. 
We are seeking a passionate Instructional Coordinator to join our Nehemiah School. The Instructional Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for Deaf adults, with a strong emphasis on aligning the curriculum with Biblical teachings. This position requires creativity, flexibility, and a deep understanding of educational theories, as well as the ability to support instructors and develop resources that meet the diverse learning needs of Deaf adults.
